An equalization program is underway in Sweden, Maine, to be completed in the summer of 2017.  O’Donnell & Associates also conducted Sweden’s revaluation programs in 2006 & 1996.  Sweden has been a client for twenty years.

Hartford, Maine has contracted with O’Donnell & Associates for a 2017 revaluation. Hartford has been an O’Donnell client since 1978.  The revaluation will be completed with O’Donnell Cama, the company’s Maine based assessing software.  O’Donnell & Associates completed previous Hartford revaluations in 1993 and 2005.

Central Maine Community College hasn’t had a tax assessment program for a long time but it is still a good place to find talent and skills. With long time assessor Mark Caldwell retiring, Farmington considered alternatives to a full time position. The Town solicited proposals and conducted a thorough interview process. The result: a three year contract with O’Donnell Associates for tax assessing services. Farmington projects a savings of $45,000 per year in the assessing budget.

Wilton, Maine has contracted with O’Donnell Associates for an April 1, 2016 revaluation. The revaluation program utilizes O’Donnell’s Maine assessing software. The new assessed values will be implemented in the FY 2016-2017 fiscal year.

In loving memory of Ruth Ham the staff at O’Donnell & Associates will proudly continue her work in Shapleigh tax assessing. She was an angel on earth. There is no doubt she will continue to guide us as we look to the heavens.

Boothbay has digital maps but the maps are many years out of date. The Town is contracting with O’Donnell & Associates to get caught up. The Boothbay digital mapping project will benefit Boothbay property owners and Town Departments like public safety, code enforcement, planning, public works, and assessing.
